Who you are agreeing with

This site, Ranked HVAC, is a product of Noontide Collective, LLC, a California limited liability company. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," they mean Noontide Collective, LLC doing business as Ranked HVAC. By using the site, asking for a read, or putting down a deposit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

You enter your website. We read it back to you free. If it is a fit, you can get your own business rebuilt as a demo: the front of a new site, an assistant that answers homeowners on your content, and a plain report on where homeowners pass you by. A real person finishes the work by hand. The demo is a taste of the full site we build for you, not the finished product.

The demo and the report are generated with AI and reviewed by a person before they are sent to you, and we sometimes refine them by hand. The figures in the report are honest estimates, not guarantees. As set out in what we do not promise, we never promise you a specific position on Google or any amount of revenue.

The free read

The first read of your site is free, with no card and no obligation. You can ask us to email you the full read for free as well. That is yours to keep whether you go further or not.

The $100 demo deposit

• The full rebuilt demo is a $100 deposit.
• That $100 is credited straight to your build. It is not an extra fee; it comes off the price of the full site if you go ahead.
• We start your demo after you answer a few quick questions, so it reads like your business.

The build and the monthly system

If you decide to build the full site, here is how the numbers work. These are honest estimates, not fixed quotes; we confirm your specific price with you before any larger work begins.

• The one-time build is around $1,500 as a baseline. A more complex job (more pages, more involved work) costs more. We tell you your number before we start.
• Both deposits credit in. The $100 demo deposit, and any build deposit you put down, are credited toward the one-time build. Nothing is charged twice.
• The running system is around $200 to $250 per month. This is the recurring work that keeps the site current and the assistant answering. It is ongoing and continues until you cancel.
• A real person reaches out to line up the details. Nothing larger is locked until you say so.

You own it

The whole point is that you own your front door. We build on your own Cloudflare account, in your name, so the site, the hosting, and the setup belong to you. Your domain, your phone number, and your reviews stay in your name too. If you ever walk away, you keep them. We are the people who build and run it; it belongs to you.

What we do not promise

We never promise you a position on Google or a revenue figure. Nobody can promise that honestly, and we will not pretend to. We do not guarantee any specific position on Google, any number of calls, any amount of money, or any business result. We show you the work, week by week, under your name, and let it make the case. What a homeowner does next, and whether your phone rings, depends on many things outside our hands, including your own market, your pricing, and how you close jobs.

Payments and billing

All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Deposits are charged when you submit them through the secure form on this site. Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

Automatic renewal of the monthly running system. If you sign up for the running system, it is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month at about $250 per month (your exact monthly price is confirmed with you before it starts; a founder rate, if offered, is the rate stated to you). Your card is charged automatically every month through Stripe, and the subscription continues until you cancel. There is no separate renewal notice before each charge. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@rankedhvac.com; cancellation stops future monthly charges, as set out in Refunds and cancellation. Because the site lives on your own account, you keep it after you cancel.

Refunds and cancellation

• The $100 demo deposit. Before we have built and delivered your demo, the $100 deposit is fully refundable: email support@rankedhvac.com and we will refund it. We will also refund it if we cannot deliver the demo we described. Once the demo has been built and delivered, the $100 stands as a credit toward your build as described above.
• The build. If you change your mind before we have started the work, contact us and we will sort it out fairly. Once we have done the work described, payment for that work is earned.
• The monthly system. You can cancel the recurring work at any time by emailing support@rankedhvac.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; we do not refund a month already in progress unless we failed to do the work. Because the site lives on your own account, you keep it after you cancel.

If something is not right, write to us first. We would rather make it right than argue about it.

Acceptable use

By using this site, you agree to use it honestly and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Give us false information, or enter a website you have no right to (enter your own real site and a working email).
• Try to break, overload, probe, or get around the security of the site or its forms.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Copy, scrape, or resell the site or its content for your own competing service.

You are the HVAC owner. Answering the phone and closing the job is your part. We may suspend or stop service for anyone who abuses the site.

Intellectual property

The Ranked HVAC name, this website, its design, and its words are ours (or our licensors') and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as these terms allow. The site we build for you is a different matter: the finished site, your brand assets, and your content are yours, on your own account, as described in You own it. Anything you give us (your site address, your content, your photos) stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to do the work you asked for.

Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to keep this site working and honest, but we provide the site and the free read "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant any specific result. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Noontide Collective, LLC and the people who work on Ranked HVAC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site or our service. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by email. If that does not work, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we consent to that venue. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy, and how we use cookies is covered in our cookie policy.
