Two things. First, access to your Google Business Profile, since that is the profile we clean up, optimize, and keep current. Second, that you stay a current client while we do it, because the ranking work is ongoing and a top-3 spot slides the day it stops. That is the whole ask. The profile work, the directory listings, the landing page, the content, the review replies, and the weekly reports are all on us.

Can't I just do this myself?

You can, and the $100 report is yours to keep and run yourself, hire us or not. But the ranking work itself is done-for-you. You are good at HVAC. This is the part we are good at, and we do it so you do not lose your nights to it.

I've done fine on word-of-mouth for 30 years. Why do I even need this?

Because word-of-mouth happens on a phone now. The neighbor who would have asked you at the fence searches Google first, and the top 3 on the map get the call before anyone scrolls down. This does not replace your reputation, it puts you where homeowners actually look when the AC quits at 9pm. The booked-out shop down the street is not a better shop. What about Google or Facebook ads?

We can run paid Google ads for you, but as an add-on you fund separately, not the core of this.
